1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between SeoriArts ("the Company") and the user with respect to the Mind Grid service ("Service").
2. Description of Service
Mind Grid is a web-based and mobile interactive performance tool for stage magicians. Users make a one-time purchase that they own for life to access features such as audience QR check-in, real-time screen synchronization, preset saving, custom branding, and event-scale capacity boosts. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel.
3. Account and Eligibility
- Users may create an account with an email address and password.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must not transfer or share the account with third parties.
- The Company may request identity or payment verification when reasonably necessary for service operation.
4. Pricing and Payment
- The Service is offered as a one-time purchase that the user owns for life. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring or monthly billing. The available plans are Free (up to 5 concurrent audience members, free), Salon (up to 100, $79), Stage (up to 500, $149, recommended), and Theater (up to 1,000, $249). Optional one-time 24-hour Boosts are also available: Boost 1,000 ($19.99, up to 1,000 audience members for a single 24-hour show) and Boost 3,000 ($39.99, up to 3,000 for a single 24-hour show).
- A purchase is a one-time payment. The corresponding entitlement is applied to the user's account immediately upon payment, and there is no physical shipment. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in the user's local currency at the time of purchase by the relevant payment processor.
- Users may later upgrade to a higher plan by paying only the price difference on the web (Salon to Stage $70, Stage to Theater $100).
- On the web, payment is made by PayPal (USD) or Korean bank transfer.
- In the mobile apps, payment is made through the Apple App Store (in-app purchase) on iOS and Google Play (in-app purchase) on Android as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple and Google act as the merchant of record for those transactions and handle local tax and refund processing under their respective policies.
5. Refunds
- All purchases are one-time, lifetime digital purchases. Because there is no subscription and no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel.
- Web purchases (PayPal or Korean bank transfer): refund rules follow our Refund Policy and, for Korean users, Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17.
- App purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play): refunds are processed by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Please request refunds through your App Store or Google Play account.
- If the Company fails to provide the Service for an extended period due to its own fault, the Company will offer an appropriate refund or equivalent replacement.
6. User Obligations
- Users must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and in-Service notices.
- Users may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or resell the Company's content, including the show structure, presentation flow, image packs, source code, or UI.
- Users must pay with their own payment method and may not use third parties' payment methods without authorisation.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may improve, modify or temporarily suspend the Service for operational or maintenance reasons. The Company will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
8. Intellectual Property
Software, design, documents, image packs and other content provided by the Company are owned by the Company or its licensors. User-uploaded images remain owned by the user; the user grants the Company a limited licence to store, process and display such images solely to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company uses reasonable efforts to maintain a stable Service. The Company's liability may be limited where issues arise from causes outside the Company's reasonable control, such as the user's network environment, venue connectivity, device or browser problems, or third-party service outages.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, jurisdiction follows the applicable Korean civil procedure rules.
