2. Purposes of Processing
- Identifying users and managing accounts
- Providing paid features (subscriptions, Event Boost, image packs)
- Synchronizing live shows, storing presets, enabling image uploads

3. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The following statutory retention periods apply:
- Records of contracts and withdrawals: 5 years (Korea E-Commerce Act)
- Records of payments and provision of goods: 5 years (Korea E-Commerce Act)
- Records of consumer complaints and disputes: 3 years (Korea E-Commerce Act)
- Records of display / advertising: 6 months (Korea E-Commerce Act)
- Login logs and communication confirmation data: 3 months (Korea Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only when (a) you give prior consent, (b) law requires disclosure, or (c) the minimum data necessary is required to process a payment.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing seoriarts@naver.com.
7. Security Measures
- Administrative: minimum-necessary access, periodic security review
- Technical: password hashing, access controls, SSL/TLS encryption in transit
- Physical: datacenter access controls (managed by sub-processors Supabase / Vercel / Cloudflare / KG INICIS / Apple / Google)
- Card number and other sensitive payment data are never stored on our servers — KG INICIS, Apple and Google process them under PCI-DSS.
