1. Service Delivery
Mind Grid is an online SaaS with no physical shipment. Upon successful payment, your purchased entitlement (subscription, Event Boost or image pack) is immediately applied to your account.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
- After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of the period that has already been paid for.
- Auto-renewal stops from the next billing cycle.
3. Statutory Withdrawal Right (Korean Users)
Under Article 17 of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Korean users may withdraw their order within 7 days of purchase. However, withdrawal may be limited in the following cases per Article 17(2):
- The Service has already been used (e.g. a show has been started).
- Digital content has been downloaded or viewed.
- Time-limited entitlements (e.g. Event Boost) have begun their active period.
4. International Users (App Store / Google Play)
Subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the Mind Grid mobile app are billed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) as the merchant of record. Refunds for these transactions are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies and must be requested directly:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com or App Store → Account → Purchase History
- Android: Google Play Refund Help or Play Store → Account → Order History
SeoriArts cannot process App Store / Google Play refunds directly, but we will gladly help you locate the relevant Apple / Google support resources if needed.
5. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
- If you have not used the Service at all and request a refund within 7 days, a full refund is available (Korean users).
- If the Company is responsible for an extended Service outage that prevents core functionality, we offer a pro-rated refund or equivalent replacement, calculated by remaining days and unused features.
6. Refund Restrictions
- Refunds for change of mind after the Service has been used.
- Refund requests after a show has already been performed.
- Issues caused solely by the user's network, device, browser, or venue connectivity.
- Account suspensions due to violations of the Terms of Service.
7. Refund Method (Korean Users)
- Credit card — payment cancellation through KG INICIS. Card issuer policies apply; cancellation or balance adjustment typically appears within 3–7 business days.
- Real-time bank transfer / virtual account — refund deposited to a bank account you provide, within 3–5 business days.
8. How to Request a Refund
For Korean payments, please email seoriarts@naver.com with your purchase email, purchase date, product, and reason for the request (Weekdays 10:00–18:00 (KST)). We respond within 3 business days with the refund decision and timing.
This Refund Policy is effective from May 21, 2026.
